No. In the state of Tennessee you can be seen by a licensed Physical Therapist without a referral from your doctor. Your therapist will reach out to your doctor after your first visit, if needed, to communicate about any concerns, goals, and/or your PT plan of care.

How is this paid for?

For our medicare clients, Infinite rehab and Wellness will bill Medicare directly. For our non-medicare clients, Infinite Rehab and Wellness will provide you with a Super Bill/Invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Where does Infinite Rehab and Wellness go?

We come to your home to perform physical therapy to wellness services. We also can make visits to your workplace or fitness center if this more convenient to you and we have permission from the business owners. If you live in the Madison county area or surrounding counties, then chances are you are in our service area. Give us a call to find out today. We reserve the right to deny service if the home is deemed unsafe for the therapist.
